Terms of Use

SIA "HUNT ZONE", REGISTRATION NO. 40103822215, ADDRESS: AIZVĒJI 1, SALASPILS PAG., SALASPILS NOV., LV-2121, Latvia, hereinafter referred to as the online store, provides the content available on the website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.

1. General Terms

If a consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the Cabinet Regulations on Distance Contracts, and other applicable regulations.

2. Making a Purchase

The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.

To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart, fill in all the required fields, and select the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will then be displayed on the screen. Complete the purchase payment to finalize the order.

3. Payment Terms

The currency used on the website is the euro. Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the makecommerce.lv , Maksekeskus AS payment platform:

  • Online banking payments in Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor.
  • Online banking payments in Estonia: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor.
  • Online banking payments in Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor.
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments.

NB! When using the online banking payment method, confirm the order and click on the "Return to Merchant" button.

Personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS .

The contract takes effect upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be informed, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the notification.

4. Delivery Terms

Products are delivered to the following countries: European Union and Norway. Purchased goods are delivered using DPD parcel lockers and DPD courier services. Any duties and taxes payable upon delivery at the destination are the buyer’s responsibility. Delivery costs are displayed before order confirmation. Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the buyer within 14 business days. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to ship goods within 45 calendar days, informing the customer accordingly. For purchases over €100, DPD parcel locker delivery is free of charge.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. (Depending on the product, the buyer may not have mandatory right of withdrawal; in such cases, the reason must be clearly stated and explained.) The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods must only be used for their intended purpose, and the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. If the goods are misused, damaged, handled carelessly, or not used according to the instructions, if the original packaging is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the depreciation of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit the withdrawal form, which can be found here: huntzone_withdrawal_form__1_.docx, and send it to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The buyer covers the return costs unless the return is due to the product not matching the order (e.g., incorrect or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods to the seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form. Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will immediately, but no later than 14 days, refund all payments received from the buyer under the Distance Contract.

The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received from the buyer or proof of return has been provided. If the buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest option offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to compensate the excess shipping costs.

The online store is not responsible for delays in fulfilling obligations or non-fulfillment due to circumstances and obstacles beyond its reasonable control.

The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and request the return of goods from the buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.

6. Refund Policy

If the buyer cancels the order or returns the goods in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal, the online store will refund the payment using the same method the buyer used for the original transaction unless the buyer expressly agrees to another method. The refund will be processed as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the goods have been returned and received by the seller.

If a refund is due to a defective or incorrect product, the online store will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The online store has the right to refuse a refund or reduce the refundable amount if the returned goods are used, damaged, or do not include all original packaging and accessories.

7. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods

The online store is responsible for defects in sold goods that arise within 6 months of delivery, provided the defect existed at the time of delivery. The buyer must notify the seller of any defects immediately, within 2 months of discovering them, by submitting a complaint via email at [email protected].

The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the seller is responsible, the buyer has the right to request repair or replacement at no cost.

If repair or replacement is not possible, the seller will refund all payments received under the Distance Contract. The seller must respond to consumer complaints in writing within 15 days.

8. Processing of Buyer’s Personal Data

The online store processes only the personal data provided by the buyer when placing an order, such as name, surname, email, etc.

The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) to ensure delivery.

If you have expressly agreed to receive our marketing communications, including newsletters, we may contact you occasionally with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process your email address provided when subscribing to marketing communications. The buyer may opt out of marketing communications by notifying us at [email protected].

9. Dispute Resolution

In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the buyer and seller agree to comply with the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Any disputes arising between the seller and the buyer shall be resolved through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, it shall be settled in a court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with Latvian legislation. Disputes between the buyer (consumer) and the seller may also be submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or the courts of the Republic of Latvia.

The buyer also has the right to apply to European Union dispute resolution bodies.
