Terms of Use

SIA “HUNT ZONE”, REGISTRATION NO. 40103822215, ADDRESS: AIZVĒJI 1, SALASPILS PAG., SALASPILS NOV., LV-2121, Latvia, hereinafter referred to as the online store, provides the content available on the website and offers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.

1.General Terms

If the consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such a mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal regulations of the Republic of Latvia governing distance contracts, including but not limited to the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations “Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts”, among others.

2.Purchase Process

The prices and specifications of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products.

To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order, including delivery, will then be displayed on the screen. Complete the payment to finalize the order.

3.Payment Terms

The settlement currency on the website is euro. Purchases can be paid for using the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:

  • Latvijas internetbanku maksājumi: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele un Luminor
  • Online banking payments in Latvia: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor
  • Online banking payments in Lithuania: Swedbank, SEB and Luminor
  • Online banking payments in Finland: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments

NB! When using the online banking payment method, confirm the order and click the button “Return to merchant”.

Personal data required for payment processing is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The contract comes into force upon successful payment to the online store’s bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from receiving the notification.

4.Refund Policy

If the order is cancelled before shipment, the online store will refund the paid amount within 5 business days. If the item has already been shipped, the Buyer must exercise the right of withdrawal and return the item to the online store.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

If the item is returned, the Buyer must ensure that it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the online store has the right to reduce the refund amount in accordance with the decrease in the item’s value.

The refund is made within 14 days from the moment the item is received. If the item is returned due to a defect or non-conformity, the online store covers the return shipping costs.

If the Buyer has not received the refund within the specified period, please contact the online store by writing to info@huntzone.eu.

5. Delivery Terms

Products are delivered to the following regions: the European Union and Norway. Purchased goods are delivered via DPD parcel lockers or by courier. All duties and taxes required to receive the shipment at the destination must be covered by the Buyer. Delivery costs are displayed before confirming the order. The purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 15 business days. In exceptional cases, if the item is not in stock, we reserve the right to ship the goods within up to 45 calendar days, informing the customer accordingly. For purchases over €100, delivery to a DPD parcel locker is free of charge. This does not apply to oversized items, items that do not fit into parcel lockers, or items weighing more than 5 kg. Oversized items are shipped by courier. Courier fee – €6. For items weighing more than 10 kg, the courier fee is €10.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pircējam ir tiesības atteikties no preces 14 kalendāro dienu laikā no Preces saņemšanas brīža. (Atkarībā no preces, pircējam var nebūt obligātas atteikuma tiesības, šādā gadījumā iemeslam ir jābūt skaidri norādītam un izskaidrotam). Atteikuma tiesības nav piemērojamas, ja Pircējs ir juridiska persona.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the item. (Depending on the product, the right of withdrawal may not be applicable; in such cases, the reason must be clearly stated and explained). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal form, which can be found here: huntzone_atteikuma_veidlapa__1_.docx, by sending it to the email address info@huntzone.eu within 14 days of receiving the goods.

The Buyer covers the cost of returning the item, except in cases where the reason for return is that the item does not correspond to the order (for example, an incorrect or defective product).

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than within 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store. After receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund all payments received from the Buyer under the Distance Contract without delay, but no later than within 14 days.

The Seller has the right to withhold the payment until the goods have been received from the Buyer or proof of return has been provided. If the Buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive option offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to reimburse the additional shipping costs.

The online store is not responsible for delays in the performance of obligations, failure to perform them, or any other type of non-performance caused by circumstances and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the online store.

The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and to request the return of goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than the market price due to an error.

7. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods

The online store is responsible for any non-conformity of goods sold to the Buyer or defects that arise within 6 months from the date of delivery to the customer, or that existed at the time of delivery, provided that such assumption is not contrary to the nature of the item or the defect. The Buyer must inform the Seller of any non-conformity without delay, within 2 months of its discovery, i.e., by submitting a complaint. The Buyer may submit a complaint by contacting the online store at info@huntzone.eu.

The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have defects for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the repair of the defects or replacement with new goods free of charge.

If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller will refund all payments stipulated in the Distance Contract to the Buyer. The Seller will provide a written response to the consumer’s complaint within 15 days.

8. Processing of the Buyer’s Personal Data

The online store processes only the personal data that the Buyer has provided when placing an order, such as name, surname, email, etc.

The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) in order to ensure the delivery of goods.

If you have explicitly consented to receive our marketing communications, including news, we may occasionally contact you with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process your email address that you provided when subscribing to marketing communications. The Buyer has the option to opt out of marketing communications by notifying us via email at info@huntzone.eu.

9. Dispute Resolution Procedure

In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.

The parties shall resolve all disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the parties shall resolve the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may also be submitted to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to a court of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer also has the right to contact European Union dispute resolution bodies.
